SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We're dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Below is an outline of our shipping policy:

SHIPPING TIME & PROCESSING
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier.

Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Handling Time: We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, please allow 5 business days for order processing.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: All EU, Mexico, and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders, including FEDEX and UPS. For larger orders requiring items to be palletized, we work with a shipping broker to get the best rates.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. You can track your package by using the tracking number provided.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered.

If you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@rengco.com and we’ll do our best to assist you before the order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team at info@rengco.com for assistance.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service team at info@rengco.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist with a resolution.
