Trade Showroom & Sales Representation Policy

RENG Lighting by Brendan Bass ("RENG Lighting"), a division of Brendan M. Bass Inc., offers select trade partnerships through qualified showroom representation, stocking programs, and independent territorial sales representation. Participation in any program is subject to approval by Brendan M. Bass Inc. and the following terms and conditions.

Showroom Consignment

RENG Lighting does not offer inventory on consignment. All merchandise must be purchased directly by the participating showroom or authorized representative under the applicable trade terms.

Stocking Showroom Program

Approved stocking showrooms may qualify for the following benefits:

  • An additional 25% discount off the standard designer trade pricing.

  • A minimum initial opening order of $4,000 USD is required.

  • Complimentary standard shipping on the initial qualifying order.

  • An additional 10% discount on the initial qualifying order.

  • The additional 25% stocking discount shall apply to all subsequent qualifying orders while the showroom remains in good standing.

  • To maintain eligibility for the stocking showroom discount, the showroom must purchase a minimum of $10,000 USD annually. Brendan M. Bass Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing, revoke discounts, or remove a showroom from the stocking program if the annual purchase requirement is not met.

  • Net 30 payment terms may be extended to approved accounts following a satisfactory credit review. Brendan M. Bass Inc. reserves the right to modify or revoke credit terms at its sole discretion.

Trade Showroom Representation

Exclusive or non-exclusive territorial showroom representation opportunities may be available in select geographic markets. Representation agreements are negotiated individually and are subject to market availability, performance requirements, and the execution of a separate written agreement. Brendan M. Bass Inc. reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, or terminate representation arrangements at its sole discretion.

Independent Territorial Sales Representatives

Independent territorial sales representatives operating without a showroom may be appointed in select markets.

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, approved representatives will receive a 10% commission on qualifying shipped orders within their assigned territory. Commission eligibility, payment schedules, exclusions, and territorial rights shall be governed by the applicable representative agreement.

General Terms

All discounts, commissions, shipping incentives, payment terms, and representation arrangements are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise established in a fully executed written agreement. Brendan M. Bass Inc. reserves the right to approve or reject participation in any trade, showroom, stocking, or sales representative program at its sole discretion.
