RENG Lighting by Brendan Bass, a division of Brendan M. Bass Inc., offers artisanally crafted lighting designed in-house and produced in small batches by skilled makers overseas. Each fixture is individually handcrafted and should be regarded as one of a kind.

Due to the artisanal nature of our manufacturing process, variations in shape, proportion, texture, finish, color, veining, patina, surface character, and other material characteristics are inherent and expected. Materials including, but not limited to, alabaster, ceramic, cast bronze, brass, stone, glass, and other natural or handcrafted components will exhibit unique variations that distinguish each piece. These characteristics are a natural result of handcrafted production and are not considered defects or grounds for return, refund, replacement, or exchange.

Product photography is intended to represent the overall design aesthetic of each fixture. Because every piece is individually produced, the item received may vary in appearance, coloration, veining, dimensions, finish, or other visual characteristics from the images shown.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by RENG Lighting, fixture designs, dimensions, materials, finishes, and construction cannot be modified. Requests for customizations will only be considered when minimum order quantity requirements are met and solely at the discretion of RENG Lighting. Approval of any requested modification is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Due to the inherent limitations of digital displays, printed materials, and photography, we cannot guarantee that colors, finishes, textures, or material characteristics viewed online or in print will precisely match the finished product. Variations resulting from screen settings, display technology, lighting conditions, photography, and the natural properties of handcrafted materials are expected and shall not constitute a defect or basis for return, refund, or exchange.

By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges, understands, and accepts the unique nature of handcrafted production and agrees that these variations are an integral characteristic of RENG Lighting products. Brendan M. Bass Inc. and RENG Lighting disclaim all liability for claims arising from such inherent variations.
