Promotions, Discounts, and Pricing Policy

All discounts, promotions, introductory pricing, and special pricing ("Offers") provided by RENG Lighting by Brendan Bass, a division of Brendan M. Bass Inc., are valid only for the specific duration and conditions expressly stated. RENG Lighting reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or refuse any Offer at any time without prior notice and shall have no obligation to honor any Offer beyond its stated validity period. Payment in full, or any required deposit as specified by RENG Lighting, must be received before the expiration of an Offer to qualify for promotional pricing.

Prices for all lighting fixtures, custom orders, and related products are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid only for the period expressly stated and are subject to adjustment if pricing, material costs, manufacturing costs, tariffs, freight charges, or other applicable expenses change prior to acceptance or production.

Trade pricing is available exclusively to approved design professionals and qualifying trade accounts. Eligibility for trade pricing is determined solely by RENG Lighting and may be modified or revoked at any time at its discretion. Trade pricing and promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly authorized in writing.

Exclusive promotions and discounts offered directly by RENG Lighting are valid only for purchases made through authorized RENG Lighting sales channels and are not redeemable or honored through third-party marketplaces, dealers, or resellers unless expressly approved in writing by RENG Lighting.

The extension of trade pricing or promotional pricing does not create any fiduciary duty, agency relationship, or responsibility on the part of RENG Lighting or Brendan M. Bass Inc. for project management, client communications, product selections, specifications, approvals, or installation. Design professionals remain solely responsible for all client interactions and project-related decisions. RENG Lighting reserves the right to revoke trade pricing or promotional eligibility if these terms are not observed.

All Offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases. By accepting or utilizing any Offer, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and all other applicable terms and conditions of sale established by RENG Lighting by Brendan Bass and Brendan M. Bass Inc.
